Description:
Anti-NIR finishing agent EMP ANIR-250 is the near-infrared absorbent intended for use to treat textiles. EMP ANIR-250 can absorb the infrared emitted from surface of textiles and radiated on the textiles, especially near infrared ray, having heat insulation and warm-keeping effect, and having favorable camouflage effect for military textiles.

Application: EMP ANIR-250 can be treated on to the textile products by means of padding, exhaustion, coating and spray application methods.
3.0~5.0 % of EMP ANIR-250 relative to the dry weight of the textiles is necessary for treat the textiles, and 1.0-2.0%of EMP FIX-ET can be used together with EMP ANIR-250 to improve wash-resistance.
Padding   
1: Process Recipe (Example: pick-up rate is 80%)  
EMP ANIR-250:      40-60g/L;
EMP FIX-ET :        20-40 g/L.
2: Technical process
Dyed fabrics → padding EMP ANIR-250 solution → drying (80-110ºC) →heat-setting (160-180ºC, 30sec., or 130ºC, 3-4min. )  
Coating

EMP ANIR-250 :             3-5%;
Waterborne coating adhesive:   X %;  
2: Technical process
Dyed fabrics →Coating →Drying (or → High temperature heat-setting or tenter heat-setting )  
Notes:      (1): If the product is used for military application, the dosage of the product shall be increased accordingly, and detailed application quantity shall be determined through test to confirm that test result can meet the requirements of the customer;
(2): If the product is used for heat-insulation, heat-generating and warm-keeping effect of textiles, the dosage of the product shall be determined according to requirement of warm-keeping and heat-generating property of the textiles.
(3): Color of the fabrics can be changed because of addition of the product, so sample shall be prepared to confirm the color before mass production when treating light color fabrics.
