Application Fields: The anti-microbial and anti-fungal finishing agent EMP ABDO-200 is durable hygienic finishing agent, featuring safe, highly efficient and extensive anti-microbial and anti-fungal properties, wash-fast, as well as no influence on whiteness, shade, strength, handling and permeability of the treated fabric. EMP ABDO-200 is famous for its excellent anti-fungal property.
Application examples include: home-textile, technical textiles and heavy fabric, and can be used for all regular fibers and fabrics, especially for mattress, carpet, textile wallcloth, upholstery, indoor and outdoor furniture,tent, sleeping bag, backpack, showercurtain, tarpaulin, awning, sail, band, rope, shoe interlining fabric.
Appearance: Clear Yellow Liquid.

Solubility: Soluble in esters and glycols. Emulsifiable in water.
PH: PH of solution is 4.0~8.0
Compatibility: Compatible with most finishing agents.

Application:2.0~3.0 % of EMP ABDO-200 relative to the dry weight of the textiles to be nished. 1.0-2.0%of EMP FIX-ET can be used together with EMP ABDO-200 to improve wash-resistance of antimicrobial and anti-fungal effect.
EMP ABDO-200 can be treated on to the textile products by means of padding, exhaustion, coating and spray application methods.
Padding: Undiluted EMP ABDO-200 should be added to the bath under stirring condition as last component while stirring to homogenity. The absorption properties may be improved by adding a wetting agent.
