Anti-ultraviolet Finishing Agent EMP UV-Z is designated for anti-ultraviolet treatment of all kinds of natural fibers and synthetic fibers or blend of the fibers. The textiles treated with Anti-ultraviolet Finishing Agent EMP UV-Z have excellent anti-ultraviolet property.
Product properties:
Appearance: Light-white suspension;
Ingredient: mixture of anti-ultraviolet inorganic metallic compounds
Solubility: can be dispersed with water in any proportion;
Ionicity: Nonionic/ anionic;
pH value: 6.0-8.0.

Application methods:
Anti-ultraviolet Finishing Agent EMP UV-Z can be treated on to the textiles by means of padding, exhaustion application methods.
Application usage: 4.0-6.0% of EMP UV-Z relative to the dry weight of the textiles to be treated depending on types of fabrics, fabric weight, liquid take-up.
Dry condition: 100-110ºC; curing: 150ºC×1-2min. (Note: treating process will depend on application condition of auxiliary agents which are used together with EMP UV-Z to improve wash-resistance)
Notes:
Diluted EMP UV-Z must be used up at the same day;Sedimentation can appear in EMP UV-Z during long-time storage, and in than case, the product must be stirred before reuse; Prolongation of curing time can improve wash-resistance;Softener can be added to improve handle.
