Anti-microbial treatment via exhaust dyeing treatment of polyester, nylon and its blend textile
Application fields:
The Anti-microbial agent EMP ABDO-300 are used to anti-microbial treatment of lining, sports wear, professional clothing, mattress cover, quilt, shirt, short gown, skirt, garment, floor mat etc.
EMP ABDO-300 can control these organisms: Gram Positive Bacteria, Gram Negative Bacteria, and some Fungi,such as Bacillus subtilis;Staphylococcus aureus Listeria monocytogenes; Escherichia coli Klebsiella pneumoniae Salmonella choleraesuis Pseudomonas aeruginosa; Candida albicans etc.
Factures:
Having special effect to pathogenic species, harmless to skin,;Having no toxicity; having good compatibility with other chemicals.
Advantages:
Less doseage with good property;Having no irritability to skin, and having excellent safety property;Can be used together with and in combination with dyeing process;Having good solubility with solvents, and be convenient to be used, and To be suitable to acrylic and resin coating process.
Properties:
Chemicals: Organic anti-microbial agent;Appearance: clear liquid; Specific gravity (25ºC):1.01-1.11g/cm3;Storage stability: can be kept for 1 year at closed container under 20ºC.
Application:
(1): 100% polyester fabrics
It is suggested that the fabrics can be preset before dyeing. The high temperature dyeing method is adopted.
Liquor ratio:1:20;EMP ABDO-300: 3~5% Disperse dye: X % Dispersant and leveling agent: moderate
The dyeing process is as follows: temperature is raised from 20ºC to 130ºC (raising rate is 1-1.5ºC/min.), kept for 30-60min.at 130ºC, and then cooling, washing and drying is done (there are also reduction cleaning, washing and neutralization if necessary).
It is suggested that one bath method is adopted for anti-microbial treatment of polyester/cotton blend.
(2): *Nylon fabrics
Liquor ratio: 1:20;EMP ABDO-300: 3~ 5%;Dye: X % Auxiliary agents: moderate.
The dyeing process is as follows: temperature is raised from 20ºC to 95ºC, kept for 60min.at 95ºC, and then cooling, washing and drying is done.
Notes:
EMP ABDO-300 may bring slight color change to treated textile;Color change can be adjusted with dyestuff formulation;Heat-setting temperature of organic antimicrobial agent can't be over 170ºCХ30min.
