EMP ABDO-250 is durable finishing agent, highly efficient and extensive anti-microbial properties. EMP ABDO-250 is suitable for finishing all common textile material, water-base emulsions/adhesives and polymeric materials. EMP ABDO-250 has a reliable and durable anti-microbial effect against a large number of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria and fungi. EMP ABDO-250 meets requirements standards such as OKEO-TEX standard 100.

Application:

2.0-3.0% w/w of EMP ABDO-250 relative to the dry weight of the textiles to be nished. |

EMP ABDO-250 can be treated on to the textile products by means of padding, exhaustion, coating and spray application methods. |
Padding |
Undiluted EMP ABDO-250 should be added to the bath under stirring condition as last component while stirring to homogenity. The absorption properties may be improved by adding a wetting agent. |
Microbiological
Tests |
In order to check the antimicrobial effectiveness on the treated textiles, the following test standards are recommended:
AATCC-100 1998 or AATCC 147, and anti-fungal effectiveness can be test according to AATCC 30. |
