Application fields: 
Nano-perfume microcapsule finishing agent EMP Nano-PF series can slowly release the perfume on the basis of their unique structure. The product can be used for treating cotton, wool, silk, hemp, chemical fibers and garment. The treated textiles can release perfume when it is squeezed and rubbed, and it also releases perfume even not being subbed or squeezed.
The products are suitable for bedding product, socks, underclothes, ornaments, paper, non-woven fabrics, cosmetic.
Advantages:
Have many perfumes such as: lavender, jasmine, rose, lemon, mint, sanders, green apple, pomelo, vanilla, clove, Eau de Cologne, forest bath fragrance etc.Suitable for perfume treatment of all kinds of fibers and fabrics;Has no adverse influence on hand of fabrics; Has no irritating effect on skin, and meets requirements of OKEO-TEX standard 100.

Application:
Padding, exhaustion and printing methods can be used for treating with nano-perfume microcapsule finishing agent EMP Nano-PF series. Different application methods are used for different fibers and fabrics.  
1. Padding
(1). Dosage : EMP Nano-PF: 10-40g/L
(2). Process: Dyeing →padding(pidk-up:60-80%) →Drying(80-110ºC) →finished product.
2,Exhaustion:
(1). Dosage : EMP Nano-PF: 1.0-4.0%( owf)
(2). Process: Dyeing →exhaustion in EMP Nano-PF→dewatering (reuse solution of treating) → Drying (80-110ºC) →finished product.
Package:  25KG/ plastic drum; shelf time: 1year.
