Application Fields:
The product is the functional finishing agent made from squalane (). Squalane has strong compatibility and penetrability to skin and high nutritive value, and can moisten skin and replenish oil and
nutrition.
The company uses microencapsulation technology to contain squalane into porous substance, resulting long-lasting effect.

Features:
Squalane can moisturize skin and give nutritional support to skin, having good protection to human skin;
The product has good comfort and excellent moisture absorbing and retaining property;
The product is safe to human skin, has no irritation and allergy to skin, and can be used for all fibers;
The product has no adverse influence on strength, handle, permeability and rewetting properties;
The product has no adverse influence on color of the treated textile.
Application:
The product can be used by means of padding and exhaust or spray process. Application amount of the product is 3~5% o.w.f.
Padding process: EMP SQ-20:30-70g/L; drying temperature: 120ºC;
Exhaust process: EMP SQ-20:3-5%; Bath ratio: 1:10-15; Temperature: 40-50ºC;Time: 15~30min.; drying temperature: 120ºC.
Package: 25kg plastic barrel, or other package according to requirements.
