Product Description

Application Field:
EMP SR is the finishing agent that is suitable for hydrophilic, hydroscopic and sweat-discharging, anti-static and soil-releasing treating polyester, polyester blends and nylon fabrics, giving resistant hydrophilic and soil-releasing property for these fabrics.
Properties:
Appearance: light brown emulsion;
Ionicity: non-ionic;   
Viscosity(25ºC)∶lower than 1000mPa.s
Ingredient: special polyester polymer resin;
pH∶ 6.5±1.0; 
Solubility: easily solved in water.
Features:

EMP SR gives resistant hydroscopic property for polyester;  EMP SR gives resistant soil releasing property for polyester; Polyester fabric treated with EMP SR has soft hand; EMP SR is used in disperse dyeing together with disperse dyes;

1 Dyeing process

Disperse dye	x % o.w.f.

2 Padding process
EMP SR: 2-5%  (20g/L~50g/L)  
Padding → drying (100ºC×3min)→Heat-setting (180ºC×1miin)
Padding process may have adverse influence on color fastness, so pretest must be done before the production.
Application amount: 2-3% for hydroscopic and sweat-discharging property; 3-5% for soil releasing property.
