Industrial carbon black is a highly dispersed black powdery substance produced by the cracking and incomplete combustion of hydrocarbons (hydrocarbons such as oil or natural gas). It is mainly composed of carbon elements, and the microcrystals have a quasi-graphite structure. , and are concentrically oriented, and their "particles" are composed of nearly spherical or other irregularly shaped aggregates.

Carbon black uses:

Application: Used in tyre tread,bias tyre,child inside and all kinds of rubber industrial products.
Usage and function:The product has rather nice strengthening properties,and it can give dty mix fairly good tensile elasticity properites,tearing resistance,abrasion resistance and flesibility.The passenger tire's hysteresis loss(using the product) is only bigger than N351,but smaller than other kinds.The dispersion and extrusion properties in dry mix are fairly nice.The product is suitable for all sorts of synthetic and natural rubber.
