Product Description
Concrete Grade Level Dyestuff is a new product, which is non-toxic, tasteless,
harmless to humans. It has great seepage force, high resistance to UV and
efflorescence, and high stability of color tone. By artificial dyeing the
concrete products with this type of dye, they can be more colorful and
colorfast. The dyestuff can permeate 3~5mm through the surface to fuse with the
concrete. And the problem of appearance caused by epoxy resin falling off can be
avoided.

Instructions on how to use Concrete Grade Level Dyestuff
Rough grinding: grind the dye to 200~400mesh using renovating or resin
polishing pads
Dyeing: firstly brush the product evenly on the surface, then brush it twice
after it is dry out in order that it can be kept wet for 2~3 hours
Solidification: brush with curing agent when the surface is dry out, and grind
it after 12 hours
Polishing: According to the temperature, start polishing using 800mesh,
1500mesh, 3000mesh resin polishing pads respectively after at least 8-hour
reaction.(vacuum cleaner should be equipped when it is 800~3000mesh) After
3000mesh polishing, the surface appears high light effect.(sometimes the color
seem uneven or be fading, it will be effective to brush protective agent.
Protective agent: brush protective agent again at last (so that there appears
bright and even color). People and vehicles are allowed to step on the ground
after one day's permeation. Thus, the effect of water and oil resistance is
achieved.
The following procedure is to achieve good glossiness:
Fine grinding: When the surface is dry out after brushing curing agent, grind it
alternately from 800mesh to 1000mesh, using soft resin polishing pads. Then make
use of the polishing machine with white pads on it (revolving speed 2500RPM) to
polish it.
