Product Description

 

Polyamide resin is a polycondensation high-molecular compound with a CONH structure in its molecule. It is usually obtained through the polycondensation of dibasic acids and diamines. The most prominent advantage of polyamide resin is that its softening point range is particularly narrow, unlike other thermoplastic resins which have a gradual curing or softening process. When the temperature is slightly lower than the melting point, it causes rapid curing. Polyamide resin has good chemical resistance and can resist acids, alkalis, vegetable oils, mineral oils, etc. Due to the presence of polar groups such as amino, carbonyl and amide groups in its molecule, it has excellent bonding performance for wood, pottery, paper, cloth, brass, aluminum, phenolic resin, polyester resin, polyethylene and other plastics.
 

 

Physical proerties:

It is tough, soft, has strong adhesion, is wear-resistant, oil-resistant, water-resistant, and resistant to enzymes and bacteria, but it absorbs a large amount of water.
Nylon 6 has good elasticity, high impact strength and large water absorption
Nylon 66 has better performance than nylon 6, with high strength and good wear resistance
Nylon 610 is similar to nylon 66, but it has less water absorption and lower rigidity
Nylon 1010 is semi-transparent, has low water absorption and good cold resistance. It is suitable for making general mechanical parts, anti-friction and wear-resistant parts, transmission parts, as well as parts for chemical, electrical and instrument industries.

It is tough, soft, has strong adhesion, is wear-resistant, oil-resistant, water-resistant, and resistant to enzymes and bacteria.
