Application: Used in tread tire(cross country tire)dry mix requiring high strength,low thermogenesis.Also used in conveyor belt,rubber seals and other high quality rubber products.
Usage and function:In natural rubber,the dry mix physical mechanic properties of the product is clorse to channel furnace black.The dry mix using the product has fairly high tensile strength tearing strength,abrasion and anticollapsed properties.Compared with other high abrasion furnace black,it has lower dry mix stress at definiteelongation,higher elongation rates and similar tensile strength,but the shortage is that in rubber ,the product is harder to be dispersed.if poordispersion is met ,the tensile strength,abrasion properties and fatigability or dry mix shall be reduced.
