Product Description

Application:
The product can be used to eliminate static electricity on synthetic fibers with outstanding Antistatic effect. The product can be used together with other chemicals not containing anionic agents, and the application amount is 0.5-1.0% owf.
Properties:
Appearance:   Deep color sticky liquid;Ionic nature:   Cationic;pH value:     6.0~ 8.0;     Solubility:  easily dissolved into water; Capability: can be used together with nonionic and cationic agents, but can't be used together with anionic agents.
Application:
The product can be used padding process under weak alkaline condition. And pretest must be done when other chemicals is used together with the product.
EMP ANS:0.5%~1.0%.
Padding is recommended for the product.
Example:
Fabrics: Polyester;
Padding (Pick-up rate: 60~80%.)~dry (100ºC×3min)~heat-setting (180ºC×1min.)
Notes:
The product is cationic surfactant, and can be dissolved into water at room temperature; The product is stable at condition of 5% dilute acid and dilute alkaline, and can decompose above 180ºC;The product can be used together with cationic and anionic surfactants, but can't be used together with anionic surfactant.
Package:  
25KG/plastic drum. The produce mast be kept under steal, and the shelf time is 12 months at normal temperature.
