Use:
1) Dispersing carbon black, Organic & Inorganic pigments in industry paint system
2) Dispersing carbon black, Organic & Inorganic pigments in ink system
3) Dispersing carbon black,organic pigment in PVC,PU pigment preparation.
Dosage:
Pigment wt % of active content
Organic Pigment 8-15%
Carbon Black 10-30%
Inorganic Pigment 0.5-5.0%
Order of addition:
Mix DISPERSANT 8000 into the millbase.
Add synergist if required. Stir evenly.
Add pigments while stirring and disperse in the usual routine.
