Optical Brightener CBS-X is a disulfonic distyrylbiphenyl biphenyl compound, which is the most excellent brightener used in detergent industry. It can soluble in water easily and has better whitener effect on cellulose fiber, polyamide and proteinic fiber at room temperature. It has high brighten intensity on cotton cloth as much 2.7 times diphenylethylene tristriazine derivatives, and has well optical blue color moniter, dissolve and disperse properties. It has extremely high stability with hypochloride sodium, it is a bleaching resistent optical brightener.

FWA CBS is widely used in detergent,dyeing & printing and paper-making industries,etc.It is the most excellent whitening agent for washing powder,washing cream and liquid detergent. Products of the same kind made in foreign countries include Uvitex CBS,Tinopal CBS-X,etc.
 

Directions for use and dosage

 

Since CBS has a very good affinity for cellulose fiber and is soluble in water,it can be used at room temperature for whitening cellulose fiber,polyamide fiber and protein fiber.For whitening textiles,the dosage should normally be 0.05-0.2% O.W.F.When used in detergents,it can be added at any stage of production process and the dosage should be 0.05-0.4% on weight of detergent.
