Product Description

Anti-UV Finishing Agent EMP UV-P Ultraviolet absorbent used for polyester textile
Uses: 
EMP UV-P is the anti-UV finishing agent to treat polyester fabric to decrease transmission of ultraviolet ray into polyester fabric. EMP UV-P has excellent anti-UV effect and good wash-resistance.

Application:
EMP UV-P can be used singly or in combination with disperse dyes. Application quantity: 1-3%(owf).
(1): High temperature dyeing process 
Disperse dyes:  X%;         EMP UV-P:  1-3%;
Levelling agent: 0.5~1.5%;   Acetic acid:    pH=4.5-5;
Liquor ratio:   1:10 ~ 1:20
Heating up to 130ºC, and keeping at 130ºC for 30-60min.
Dyeing temperature and heating rate can be adjusted according to types of disperse dyes. If EMP UV-P is used singly, treating time can be shorted to 10 min. after heating to 130ºC.
 
(2): Thermosol dyeing process 
Disperse dyes:     X g/L;   EMP UV-P:      25-50 g/L;
Migration inhibitor: 10-30 g/L;Penetrating agent:  0.5-2 g/L;
Pick-up rate: 60-80%;       Dry:110-130ºC;
Cure: 190-210ºC
If EMP UV-P is used singly, cure conditions are:temperature:180ºC,time:30min.
 
(3):Padding process
EMP UV-P:  10-30g/L 
Wash-resisting agent EMP FIX-ET: 10~30g/L
Padding EMP UV-P (pick-up rate:70%-80%)→ dry(90-110ºC)→ high-temperature heat-setting (170-190ºC×30s-90s or 120~130ºC×3~6min).
