Field and Scope:
EMP ABDO-110 is the antimicrobial additive which is designated for chemical fiber, especially acrylic fiber and viscose fiber. The product can give the fiber excellent antimicrobial property, and at the same time the product is safe to use. The fiber having been added the additive has broad antimicrobial property, and the fiber has washfast antimicrobial property because the additive is added into interior part of the fiber.
The additive can be added to spin dope before spinning process.The manufactured fiber can be used for making bedspread, underwear, towel, blanket, nonwovens, shoe cloth etc..
Action mode of the additive
The fibers having been added the EMP ABDO-110 are noted for their proven, outstanding skin tolerance and are safe to man and environment. EMP ABDO-110 has a reliable bacteriostatic effect against a large number of grampositive and gramnegative bacteria.
Its activity on the cell disrupts the metaboloc process of unwanted micro-organisms and thus interrupts their ability to function, grow and reproduce.

Generally, EMP ABDO-110 can be added into spinning dope prior to spinning from spinnert by the amount of 1.0-2.0%(weight/weigh, on the basis of the fiber manufactured).
The product can be ad ded to the spin dope just before spinning and after filteration. It is not necessary to dilute the product.
The antimicrobial property of the fiber can be tested by means of many test methods such as AATCC 100 and JIS L 1902.
Storage: Store in original containers, and keep containers securely sealed. No smoking, naked lights or ignition source. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Store away from incompatible materials and foodstuff containers. Protect against physical damage and check regularly for leaks.
Package: 25kg plastic barrel or others designated by the customers.
