Properties:
Insoluble in water, ethanol, acetone, carbon tetrachloride and other solvents at room temperature, but it can be dissolved in high boiling point solvents such as hot xylene, chloroform, butanol, etc., Flash point of about 280 ºC, heat stability at about 300 ºC. As the product is ethylene bis stearamide based on the introduction of polar groups, its properties in addition to EBS features, but also has better dispersion and bright lubricity, as well as anti-static and stripping effect.
Application:
1. Used as masterbatch of ABS and other color masterbatch, it can obviously improve the melt index and surface brightness of masterbatch;
2. Particularly effective as a dispersant for pigments such as phthalocyanine blue, phthalocyanine green and carbon black (ordinary and high pigment carbon black)
3. In the recovery of ABS, PS, AS and other plastic from the lubrication effect;
4. In the transparent PVC, PP, PE from the lubricating and anti-sticking role in the PVC wire and cable materials processing play internal and external lubrication in the elastic PVC material from the role of external lubrication;
5. In the inorganic filler modified PE and PP as brightener and compatibilizer, can improve the product brightness, melt index, notched impact strength, flexural modulus and fracture strength;
6. For extrusion of rigid PVC profiles, pipe, can make the product surface bright;
Packaging
