The main description:

It is a cationic direct dye and has good affinity for papermaking fibers. It has good permeability and chemical compatibility, suitable for: tissue paper, kraft liner paper, specialty paper etc. This liquid dyes are usually added in-line at the time of dosing or continuously added using precision metering equipment.

In some special cases, can also be applied on the surface (surface sizing). In order to prevent precipitation, should use soft water or at least fresh water. The reservoir should be thoroughly cleaned before each batch of dye is diluted. Stir well before use. If it solidifies below 0 degrees, melt it and mix well as soon as possible. The dye should not be mixed with anionic products during dilution and use to prevent precipitation.
