Application Fields:
EMP PL-100 is a concentrated anti-mosquito finishing agent for textile products that need protection from biting from mosquito. EMP PL100 can be applied to all textile materials except polypropylene fiber, and is compatible with most finishing agents.
EMP PL-100 can be applied with Fluorocarbon finishes, flame retardant finishes and all resin systems and softeners normally used in textile finishing. Fabrics that are treated with EMP PL-100 will have long lasting anti-mosquito protection.
Application examples include: carpets, bedding, curtains, furnishings, soft toys and service uniform, tent, sleeping sack and all other outdoor textile products.

Clear Yellow Liquid.
Solubility :
Soluble in esters and glycols. Emulsifiable in water.
pH:
pH of 1% solution is 6.0 - 80.
Compatibility:
Compatible with most finishing agents.
S.G. :
0.95-1.05(20ºC).

Special features:
EMP PL-100 is ideal for application to military uniforms, tents, sleeping bags and all outdoor gear.
EMP PL-100 can be sprayed onto carpets as a topical treatment to dramatically reduce mosquito landings, probing and blood feeding.
EMP PL-100 can be mixed with flexible acrylic resins for application to polyester and nylon yarns used in the manufacture of outdoor articles.

Application:
For ideal mosquito protection a total amount of 2.0~3.0% of EMP PL-100 on the weight of fabric should be applied.
EMP PL-100 can be applied by padding method,exhaust method , spraying method and coating method.
When EMP PL-100 can be applied in conjunction with acrylic dispersions, EMP PL-100 will migrate into the polymer.
When the 30-50 times of laundering resistance is required, a total amount of 2.0% -4.0% of EMP FIX-ET on the weight of fabric should be applied, and 1.0-2.0% of EMP SOFT-UP on the weight of fabrics should be applied as necessary to improve the softness of the treated fabrics. .
Drying temperature: Up to 150ºC.

Store in original containers.

Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area.
Store away from incompatible materials and foodstuff containers.
Protect against physical damage and check regularly for leaks
Incompatibility:

Transportation:
No restrictions.
