Reactive orange 13 Properties and Applications:
Appearance is golden yellow powder. It is red yellow in water, soluble in orange. It is magenta in concentrated sulfuric acid, and it forms a brownish yellow precipitate after dilution. It is golden yellow in concentrated nitric acid. It is concentrated in concentrated sodium hydroxide solution. Insoluble. Adding concentrated hydrochloric acid to the aqueous solution has a brownish yellow precipitate; adding sodium hydroxide solution is dark brown. When the dyeing occurs, the copper ions tend to be red and dark; in the case of iron ions, the color becomes lighter and darker.
Application:
1. Can be used for dyeing and direct printing of silk, wool and nylon.
2. Blending of blended fabrics: When wool and various fibers are dyed in the same bath, the nylon and silk are dyed, the silk is slightly shallow, and the cellulose fibers are slightly stained.
3. It can be used for leather dyeing and can also be used for biological dyeing. Pure products can be used as food dyes.
